One-piece housing, magnetic mount, zero visible fasteners, single status indicator.
Engineering
Board respin for lower power draw and an onboarding flow that pairs in under thirty seconds.
Manufacturing
Sourced a new contract manufacturer and moved to a single-tool assembly.
